Jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing a variety of ores and medium bulk materials, also it can process the rock with compression strength not more than 320Mpa.Jaw crusher can be divided into coarse and fine two kinds of crushing machine.Complete jaw crusher specifications,which feed particle size of 25mm ~ 750mm,is the first choice for primary crushing equipment.
PE series are suitable for rough flow, PEX series for second and fine crushing.Jaw crusher is made of high-strength steel, which is a moulding casting with wear, compression, long life and other advantages.
Working Principle
Jaw crusher contains main frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley , flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate , toggle plate back seat , adjusting screw gap , the reset spring , fixed jaw plate and movable jaw and other components, which bracket also can play a role of insurance.
PE and PEX series jaw crusher is powered by a motor pulley, then drives the eccentric shaft by the belt and sheave to make the movable jaw reciprocated by a predetermined trajectory, which will enter the fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side shield compose crushing cavity to break material, and the finished materials come out through the discharge port of the lower part. With the motor continuously rotating, moving jaw of crusher can crush and discharge finished product periodicity to achieve mass production.

2,Pieces: feed particle size is 100~350mm, the output size is 20~100mm;

Jaw Crusher Can be used in crushing various ore,such as iron ore,copper ore,gold ore,Marble,pebbles,bluestone crushing plant.
The huge raw ore material are evenly transferred to jaw crusher from the hopper for a period of crushing, then the materials are sent to jaw crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing, the semi-finished products are fed to vibrating screen to be separated. The appropriate part will be the final product.The remaining materials will be transferred back to the cone crusher for further crushing and form a closed circle mode. The product size can be graded according to customers’ requirements.
