Application:
Impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When impact crusher works, it's driven by the electric motor. The rotor has high-speed rotation. while the materials go into the plate hammer area, and impact the plate hammer on the rotor, then is thrown back again to the counter device to break. then from the back liner bounced back to the blow bar again broken,material is sent into one, two, three and impact chamber repeated broken until the material is crushed to the desired particle size then discharge from the outlet port. Adjust the gap between the rotor and frame to change the material shape and particle size.

Impact crusher In Crushing Plant1,Primary Crushing line:
The big stones in the stone production line are coarsely crushed in the jaw crusher sent by the vibrating feeders through the bunker evenly. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing.
2,Screening Plant:
After tertiary crushing, the materials are screened in the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor to classify several sizes of stones.The stones which can meet the requirements will be sent to the finished product material piles by the belt conveyor, while the left stones will be sent to the impact crusher for another further crushing to form a closed circuit cycle.
The finished product can be classified and combined according to the customers' needs. The dust removal equipment can be added in order to protect the environment.
